the top floor bedrooms have air conditioning The rest of the home does not have AC, as it does not get very warm in the summer. If you require additional cooling, please inform the Vail Butler team in advance and we will work with you to have portable AC units available.

trash pick up is on tuesday's, recycling pick up is every other tuesday Please pull bins out to the road the morning of pick up, before 8:30am. Please do not pull bins out the night prior or leave trash cans outside, as it attracts wildlife.
